I built a product that determines whether a proposed construction project can physically and legally be built on a property. I owned it from industry research and customer discovery through product design, architecture, engineering, and deployment.

The data layer reconciles fragmented GIS, assessor, satellite, and other government sources into a shared property model while preserving provenance and conflicting values. On the regulatory side, the system links concepts in legal code to the corresponding property and spatial data, converts regulations into structured logic, and deterministically evaluates which requirements apply to a specific project.

I also developed persistent job orchestration for long-running data and AI workflows, processing hundreds of gigabytes of geospatial data, along with evaluation tooling that turns reviewed production AI outputs into regression tests for prompt and model changes.
